A little guide to measuring
Place the tape where you would normally wear your bracelet.
Let it sit close to your skin without pulling it tight.
Note your wrist measurement where the tape meets.

To measure your wrist, wrap a flexible measuring tape closely around the area where you would normally wear your bracelet. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a strip of paper or string and measure it against a ruler.
Please refer to the measurement photograph on each product page to check the bracelet’s wrist size and fit. Do not add extra length unless instructed.
Bead size and bracelet design can affect the fit slightly. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Paid bracelet resizing
An optional resizing service is available for RM8 per bracelet. Select “Resize This Gemmie” on the product page and enter your preferred approximate finished circumference.
To make a bracelet smaller, beads may be removed or rearranged. Any removed beads will be included with your order.
To make a bracelet larger, matching beads will be used where available. Otherwise, we’ll contact you with carefully selected beads or spacers for your approval before proceeding.
Resizing may slightly alter the bracelet’s arrangement and appearance and is subject to design and material feasibility. If your requested size isn’t possible and you choose to keep the original size, the RM8 fee will be refunded.
Resized bracelets are customised and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights regarding damaged, defective or incorrect items remain unaffected.
