Order processing
Ready-made orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and Malaysian public holidays. Size adjustments or special requests may require additional preparation time.
Domestic delivery
Gemmies currently delivers within Malaysia only.
Free standard delivery
Free standard delivery applies to eligible addresses throughout Malaysia. Additional charges may apply to remote locations or special delivery requests, and we will contact you before dispatch if this affects your order.
Order tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact hello@gemmies.my immediately. Address can’t be changed after dispatch.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number with clear photographs or video of the parcel, packaging and item.
