Yes. Every Gemmies bracelet is individually designed and handmade.

Yes. Only one of each standard Gemmies design is created. Each bracelet has its own combination of crystals, colours, charms and decorative details.

Yes. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the bracelet shown in the product photographs is the exact piece you will receive.

You may request a similar design, subject to material availability. An exact duplicate cannot be guaranteed, and any recreated bracelet will have its own unique variations.

Materials differ between designs and may include natural crystals, glass beads, charms, decorative beads and gold-, silver- or crystal-toned spacers. Please check the individual product description for details.

Unless specifically stated on the product page, gold- and silver-toned components are decorative fashion-jewellery materials and are not solid precious metals.

Measure your wrist closely and refer to the measurement photograph on the product page. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Yes. You can add our optional resizing service for RM8 per bracelet on the product page and enter your requested approximate finished circumference.

For a smaller size, beads may be removed or rearranged, and any removed beads will be included with your order. For a larger size, we will use matching beads where available. If matching beads are unavailable, we will contact you with carefully selected complementary bead or spacer options for your approval before making any changes.

Resizing may slightly change the bracelet’s arrangement and appearance, and all requests are subject to design and material feasibility. Resized bracelets cannot be returned for a change of mind.
